Role in the ISU ADVANCE Program

Dr. Frankie Santos Laanan supervised the development and launch of the ISU ADVANCE Web site and organized the External Mentoring program in his capacity as an Administrative Intern in the Office of the Provost. He was a member of the ISU ADVANCE co-PI Team and ADVANCE Council. During the summer of 2007, Dr. Santos Laanan developed a handbook for mentors and mentees and continued to lay the groundwork for the External Mentoring program. In May 2008, he resigned from the ADVANCE Program.
